Just a smart choice for a short-term stay in Derby with value for price. The tiny shared bathroom made me appreciate my own more. Buy some toiletries before arriving. you'll need them.

Not great for the price
Super basic stay with a messy shared bathroom. The room was tiny and I had to grab my own toilet paper from a store nearby. The area felt sketchy and a bit unsafe. At £35 a night, I expected way more. On the plus side, they had decent coffee in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location felt very rundown, and navigating through the key code entry was a bit cumbersome. The yard was a mess, full of rubble, making it easy to trip in the dark. The bedroom itself was decent but small, which I expected. What got me was the tiny shared bathroom. I found myself needing to buy my own toilet paper during my stay. This place felt really depressing. I left after just one night. At £35 a night, it felt way overpriced. Not worth the money spent here.
